We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, with stunning views over the bay. It's also very close to the ferry terminal, making it convenient for us to travel. The studio apartment we stayed in was spacious and elegant, and had all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the comfortable bed and the attention to detail with the toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the tours/ticket assistance service was a great bonus. we had a wonderful experience here.

The accommodation is placed on a hillside overlooking beautiful bays, with magnificent views that guests have commented on in all reviews. the well, maintained and comfortable studios have all the facilities needed, as well as being nicely decorated for a pleasant stay. the owner's suggestions for eating places are highly appreciated and are helpful to explore the city.

Some guests have found the driveway steep and challenging with heavy luggage, which can provide difficulty during check, in and check, out.

The view from our studio was breathtaking, we could see the bay from our little deck all day long, and it was a relaxing way to start and end each day of our stay. Plus, the owners were really helpful in recommending nearby vineyards and restaurants that made our experience on the island even better. Lastly, the location was perfect – just a short walk from the village where we could find everything we needed.

The steep gravel driveway leading up to our studio was a little tricky to manage, but it wasn't that bad once we got used to it. there could have been more information provided to us upon arrival, as we weren't entirely sure about the check-out time.

Had a fantastic stay at Moorings Studio! The view from my apartment was absolutely incredible, overlooking a picturesque bay. The apartment itself was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. I loved the fact that there was a garden path connecting the balconies, adding a touch of charm. The owner's lemon tree and vegetable garden were a delightful addition, allowing guests to help themselves. The location was tranquil and peaceful, offering the perfect escape. I highly recommend Moorings Studio for a truly unforgettable experience on Waiheke Island.
